Summer Party Cleanse
I used to think that everyone naturally gets healthy and fit in the summer because of all the mouth watering fresh produce, more outdoor activities, and the tendency to eat a little less when you’re in a bathing suit. Maybe that was true when we were in our twenties, but beginning in our forties, it seems that a new pattern emerges. It’s called “summer is the new holidays”. Dun, dun, dunnnnnnn.
